Jane Ehrenstrom, co-founder and Senior Vice President of The CARA Group, Inc., is responsible for human resources, corporate culture and marketing communications for the firm. In this capacity, she develops corporate strategies and coordinates resources to present a consistent and compelling message to the market. In 1992, she joined CARA Corporation, a highly respected and successful Professional Services company. In 1996, Ehrenstrom become the Director of CARA's Learning Solutions unit and grew that business from a start-up to over $15 million in sales. Following the sale of the business to TMP Worldwide, Ehrenstrom left the company in early 2002. Ehrenstrom is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). She also represents The CARA Group, Inc. to non-profit organizations like Chicago-based Women Employed and the Learning Leaders Exchange.
