Driscoll is a partner in the firm's San Diego office, where her practice focuses on environmental, land use and water rights matters. Ms. Driscoll has practiced in San Diego since 1977 and has extensive experience representing publicly and privately held companies and governmental entities in matters with environmental and/or water rights issues, including permitting, environmental review, negotiating with regulatory agencies, and litigation where appropriate. Ms. Driscoll is an active member of the San Diego County and California Bar Associations, having served as an advisor to and member of the Executive Committee of the Environmental Law Section for a number of terms and as a member of the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission. Educational History: Ms. Driscoll received her A.B. degree from The George Washington University and obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego.
