James A. Terrel serves as the Contract Manager for government and commercial accounts. Mr. Terrel has over thirty years experience in Information Technology including roles from programmer to Program Manager of multi-million dollar contracts. His work history includes technical and management experience at Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation (LMSC) and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Mr. Terrel served as the Principal Investigator on R&D projects including development of computer graphics software systems, process driven software development environments, artificial intelligence as well as various DOD classified projects, and work on the NASA Space Shuttle Program at White Sands Missile Range. His experience includes management of DARPA sponsored contracts and project management of geographically distributed software development projects. Mr. Terrel has been certified as an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Manager (ASQ CQM) and a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) certified instructor for the Personal Software Process (PSP). Mr. Terrel has a Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech University, Masters Degree from Eastern New Mexico University, and an ABD/PhD. from Brandeis University. He has published articles in professional journals such as the Communications of the ACM.
