Jim graduated Cum Laude from the prestigious Dave C. Swalm School of Chemical Engineering at Mississippi State University and brings experience in both the process and environmental engineering fields to the RespirTek team. Jim has been a contributor in both industry and regulatory agencies. He was a Process Engineer at a national petrochemical facility and also worked as an Environmental Engineer at the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Jim brings exceptional analytical methodology to the process design and engineering involved in our site evaluation and microcosm development. His previous experience as a state regulator brings valuable consultation along with a wide array of different approaches to handling environmental issues. Having seen both sides of today's environmental issues and projects, he has developed a comprehensive perspective that provides added value to our clients. Jim's environmental experience ranges from extensive field supervision of assessment and remediation of contaminated sites to conceptual design and applied research. At RespirTek, each project is unique and involves a fresh conceptual design. An integral part of conceptual design is communication, and as Engineering Manager, Jim holds a pivotal position at RespirTek. He thrives on the interaction and communication with clients.
