James H. Littlejohn, PE, graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1976. He has a Master of Science in Engineering Administration of University of Tennessee in 1982. He has extensive project management experience in the areas of site development, infrastructure planning, water resources, and roadway design. Jim has over 30 years of professional experience, providing leadership for well over 2,000 projects. Jim's specialties are in the areas of planning and project management for a variety of engineering projects including roadway, drainage, water, sewer and complex storm water management systems, and hydrologic and hydraulic engineering services. Many of our new clients are referred to us by our reputation as an industry leader. The diversity of Jim's project experience includes engineering and project management for state, municipal and federal clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and the Department of Defense. His vast private sector experience includes engineering, planning, infrastructure design, and cost analysis for commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use development projects.
