As a Director of Client Services at Communispace, Jackie focuses on aligning communities to clients? business objectives and priorities, during the launch process and throughout the life of the community. She oversees client team management and provides strategic direction for clients on how to get the most out of their communities. Jackie's vast experience at Communispace has been instrumental in helping her client partners to artfully unearth insights of strategic importance. Jackie has 18 years of experience in consumer products and retail. Prior to Communispace, she spent 7 years as Vice President of Zoe Foods, a small and growing company that produces natural cereals and nutrition bars. While there, Jackie was responsible for almost all aspects of the business, including strategic and financial planning, brand and marketing strategy, product development, operations, distribution and logistics. Prior to Zoe Foods, she worked in buying and product development for department stores and off-price retailers such as TJX Corporation, Filene's Basement and May Company. Jackie holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and spent a study-abroad semester in London. She and her husband are the proud parents of two children. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys food and wine, yoga, cycling and all outdoor activities.
