Jack Kramer (VP, Global Sales) has over 23 years experience driving sales and go-to market strategies for technology companies. Prior to joining SkillSurvey, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of SumTotal Systems? international operations. In that role, he was responsible for sales, marketing, professional services and customer support across EMEA, APAC, Latin America and Japan where he energized sales in EMEA and Japan and opened new markets in China, India, and the Middle East. Prior to the General Manager role at SumTotal, he also served as vice president of Global Alliances for SumTotal. In that post, he was responsible for driving strategy, sales and support for SumTotal partners specializing in business process outsourcing, systems integration, OEM and content development. Kramer joined SumTotal after the company acquired Pathlore Software Corporation, a rival maker of learning management systems, in October 2005. Before that, he led the North American sales force for Pathlore, which he joined in 2002. He had previously headed up sales and marketing at Catalyst International, a leading supply chain execution software supplier. Kramer has earned kudos at both start-ups and publicly traded companies for turning around poorly performing teams, revamping processes and supercharging sales. Earlier in his career, he held roles selling enterprise software applications for Computer Associates, Pansophic and NCR Corporation.
