Mr. Kenworthy has spent his entire business career working with small to medium size companies; originally as a lender, then as an owner/operator and more recently as an investor/owner. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Kenworthy was the President of the Brynavon Group, Inc., a private equity leveraged buyout group that acquired small niche manufacturing companies. He was responsible for originating acquisition opportunities, performing diligence, negotiating the purchase and sale of companies and overseeing portfolio companies. Prior to his time at Brynavon, Mr. Kenworthy was Managing General Partner of Tobias Knoblauch Private Bank, located in Reading, Pennsylvania and had deposits of $150 million. Mr. Kenworthy began his career at the Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1971 as a Credit Analyst in the Corporate Department. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President and rose to second in command of the Asset Based Lending Group with oversight responsibility for a commercial loan portfolio of $100 million. Mr. Kenworthy earned his BA from Trinity College and served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.
