Howard Newburg is the CEO and Managing Partner of Newburg & Company, LLP; which, since its founding in 1984, has grown organically from a small firm into a full-service organization that strives to meet and exceed client expectations. Howard has over thirty years of experience providing innovative accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services. He specializes in financial and estate planning, tax strategies and compliance issues, litigation support, merger/acquisition transactions, business valuations, executive benefits and general consulting on all financial and transactional areas. His diplomacy, discretion, and ability to communicate have earned Newburg & Company, a loyal and appreciative clientele. Howard has also served on the boards of several important governmental and private institutions. He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and American Society of Appraisers. Howard has served on the Board of the American Heart Association and was elected Vice President of Finance and Operations for Temple Aliyah; he has also served on the town of Dover, Massachusetts' various financial and operations boards, the Board of Trustees for Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School as well as many other board affiliations. Howard was elected to be a board member of a local bank and be a member of a finance committee. Additionally, Howard serves as a CFO/CEO to affiliated businesses in differing fields, including manufacturing, processing, distribution, and biotechnical.
