Dr. Homer L. Williams, FAIA, NCARB Dr. Williams has been practicing architecture since 1966 and as principal and chairman has led the firm of Williams Spurgeon Kuhl & Freshnock to a high level of design success and client satisfaction. As principal and chairman he has been responsible for over one billion dollars of construction. His experience has been diversified in the design of educational, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects throughout the United States and in seven foreign countries. His affiliations include the American Institute of Architecture College of Fellows, Missouri Council of American Institute of Architects and Missouri Bankers Association. He is a member of the Council of Educational Facility Planners International and has served as President of the National Council of Architectural Registration, along with involvement in numerous other organizations.
