Heather Tausel - Director of Provider Affairs. Mrs. Tausel started with MNS in 1999 as a credentialing nurse. In 2002, she was promoted to Director of Network Development where she is responsible for building and maintaining skilled nursing facility networks, credentialing all network facilities and addressing all provider quality issues. She also assisted in the development of the Quality Assurance Manual. Ms. Tausel has over 10 years of long-term care experience. Prior to MNS, she worked as an account specialist and a nurse consultant for a national long-term care pharmacy. She received her Nursing degree from Belmont Technical College and is currently pursuing her Masters in Marketing at the University of Phoenix.
