Mr. Constantin is the founder, Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of all of the Phoenix American companies. He has directed the management of all of the Phoenix American related entities since their inception in 1972. Some of these entities include Phoenix Leasing Portfolio Services, Inc., Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc., Phoenix American SalesFocus Solutions, Inc., Phoenix Cable Incorporated, Lease Management Associates, Inc. and Phoenix Securities, Inc. From 1969 to 1972, Mr. Constantin served as Director, Computer and Technical Equipment of DCL Incorporated (formerly Diebold Computer Leasing Incorporated), a corporation listed on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Constantin was also the Vice President and General Manager of DCL Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of DCL Incorporated. He was actively engaged in marketing manufacturer leasing programs to computer and medical equipment manufacturers and in directing DCL's IBM System/370 marketing activities. From 1966 to 1969, Mr. Constantin was employed by IBM as a data processing systems engineer. Mr. Constantin received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Management Science from Columbia University.
