Greg McKinnon is a Director in the Litigation and Forensic Consulting Group of Hemming Morse, Inc. Having worked in private industry as a CFO and general manager as well as in public accounting and consulting, he has more than 20 years of experience in the field of accounting, chiefly in the areas of construction and real estate. At HMI, Greg applies this experience in matters related to construction delays, disruption and loss of productivity, construction accounting, commercial economic damages including lost profits, partnership and shareholder disputes, embezzlement and fraud, lost wages and business valuation. In addition, he provides project audits and consulting on construction claims, troubled projects, and systems for project management and administration. He has testified as an expert in court and arbitration and has served as an arbitrator. Greg lectures on the subject of construction claims and best practices at local, regional and national construction conferences and seminars. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and maintains offices in both San Francisco and Chico.
