Founder, President and Chairman of the Board (Ph.D., BSEE, CEng., MIEE) has over 20 years experience in the data communications industry at senior management level. In 1981, he was co-founder and Managing Director of Cybermation Ltd., a U.K.-based engineering company specializing in software and hardware development of data communications and data security products. In 1985 Cybermation Ltd. was acquired by Dynatech Corporation, and he was subsequently moved to the U.S. to become World-Wide V.P. of Engineering and Chief Technologist. At Dynatech he was responsible for the development of a new range of high performance "CPX" X.25 and Frame Relay packet switching products that generated in excess of $150 million in world-wide sales. In 1991 he left Dynatech to form Network Services Group and started the acquisition strategy of the company.
