As Vice President of Multifamily, Gina Montanaro is responsible for overseeing and directing operations of the company's multifamily portfolio and will be based in Northland's corporate headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts. Gina brings over 20 years of multifamily property management experience with her to Northland. Prior to joining Northland, Gina began her career with the Massachusetts-based Flatley Company as an Operations Trainer and Community Manager. In 2002 Gina joined AIMCO, the Denver-based national apartment REIT, when AIMCO acquired several of the Flatley Company's multifamily assets. Shortly thereafter she was promoted from Regional Property Manager to Director of Operations in the Northeast region.
