Gina Estey, Corporate Director of Revenue Growth Services and Training As Corporate Director, Revenue Growth Services and Training, Gina Estey oversees the training of Sales, Revenue Management, E-Commerce / Internet Marketing and Call Conversion initiatives. Ms. Estey is responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in all areas of monitoring and growing revenue for the company. This includes working closely with brand representatives, vendor partners, and the WCG Regional Directors of Sales. Since 1994 she has overseen the company's Revenue Management discipline and team. In addition she has oversight of the Sales Automation Systems and property-level corporate reporting process, and is part of the task force team that assists with the transition of new properties joining the management company. Ms. Estey joined Windsor Capital Group in 1990 as a Front Desk Agent at the Embassy Suites Bellevue, Washington and progressed through the organization to positions with greater responsibility, including property level positions such as Front Office Manager, Reservation Manager, Sales Assistant, Director of Sales, as well as served as the Corporate Revenue Manager for four years, Corporate Director of Training for nine years, and currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Revenue Growth Services and Training. Ms. Estey graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.
