Gerald R. Vance Vice President of Business Development Mr. Vance is currently responsible for Lee Company's business development and marketing for commercial construction, service and facility management. He has previously served as Engineering Manager and VP of the Orlando branch office. A member of ASHRAE since 1992, Mr. Vance has 20 years of experience in construction and engineering/design of mechanical and plumbing systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in design of healthcare projects. System knowledge includes chilled water, steam, hot water, compressed air, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, dilution ventilation, controls and humidification systems, as well as plumbing and medical gas systems. He is also certified by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and a LEED Accredited Design Professional.
