A former Attorney Advisor in the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, George Brummer joined Hanna Brophy in 1987 after several years administering and defending state workers' compensation and federal longshore claims. He currently handles cases involving a wide variety of issues including defending 132a claims, serious and willful, and state and longshore claims, with a specific emphasis on stress, asbestos and occupational disease cases. George is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, and California. He is certified as a specialist in workers' compensation by the California State Bar.
