Defended medical supplier to U.S. Government accused of unfair competition, antitrust violations, and other business torts. Prosecuted alter ego and veil piercing case against parent of wholly-owned subsidiary in Northern District of Texas. Prosecuted breach of contract action for offshore drilling company brought in Houston, Texas. The client prevailed after a one-week jury trial. Prosecuted civil action and accompanying arbitration against ex-employee for violating fiduciary duties and other related claims.
