Gail has 26 years of association management experience. She currently serves as Executive Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Phillips has led this, and other organizations she has managed, to increase their bottom line through efficiencies and enabled the volunteers to free up their time to be more productive and work on strategic issues within their organizations. Phillips also works with other executive directors within the company to assist all the OMG clients. Phillips graduated from Radford University with a B.S. degree in merchandising along with a minor in general business. Phillips has completed numerous certificate programs in association management, marketing, code of ethics, professional standards, and association structures. She is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Virginia Society of Association Executives.
