With over 12-years of international experience in Construction Engineering, Franklin brings a wealth of professional field experience from a broad variety of industrial fields which include telecommunications, building construction, road construction and civil works. Prior to joining Teledon, Franklin was a Site Manager with Kajima Construction of Japan, and later moved on to become a Program Manager with Alcoa-Fujikura (AFL) Telecommunications. Some of Franklin's strengths include: Program/Project Management, Construction Engineering & Management, Contract Administration, and Cost Engineering. Franklin holds a Certified Professional Constructor License (CPC), and a Professional Engineer License (PE). He is registered with the American Institute of Constructors (AIC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Georgia State Board of Engineers, and Kentucky State Board of Engineers. He earned a Masters of Science Degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, GA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Ghana.
