Vice President of Business Development Frank Waldridge was Director of Six Sigma for Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas, where he had also been the Director of Purchasing, and it is in this context that Frank first gained exposure to Adaco software. Frank was a chef for the Westin property for eight years as well, responsible for all aspects of culinary operations and accountable for employee and guest satisfaction. His Six Sigma experience spans much of his time in leadership roles at the resort, having launched and implemented multiple best practice projects. Frank's in-depth knowledge of optimized inventories and front-line experience gives him a unique and relevant viewpoint. He has an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
