Frank Pierson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Holborn Corporation, which he joined in 2005 with over 25 years of industry experience. He began his career as an actuary at Insurance Services Office, and then held various actuarial and underwriting positions with Liberty Mutual and John Hancock Re. Frank then spent 14 years with Centre Re in a number of senior positions, with responsibilities for underwriting (life and property and casualty), actuarial services, information technology, investments and risk management. Before joining Holborn, he advised and helped raise capital for life reinsurers. Frank received a B.A. in Mathematics and International Relations from Colgate University. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
