Frank Dutke has been responsible for United Properties? real estate investments since 1994. He oversees development, finance, acquisitions and dispositions. Past Experience Frank held a similar position of investment management with United Properties' affiliate, NorthMarq Capital from 1987 until he joined United Properties in 1993. He also has held finance positions with Citicorp and U.S. Bank and has practiced law with Doherty, Rumble & Butler. Professional and Community Involvement He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), the Urban Land Institute and the Minnesota Bar Association. He serves as a board member of the St. Paul Capital City Partnership. Education Frank received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Dakota State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
