Fernando is a principal and senior project designer with GSR Andrade. With over 25 years of professional experience, he is responsible for the design management of the firm and the programming, masterplanning, and design of a variety of project types. Throughout his professional career, he has been responsible for the design and direction of corporate, commercial, recreational, institutional, and hospitality projects. Fernando's major efforts are directed toward the design of individual projects to ensure that the client's requirements are properly implemented. This entails coordination of the client's initial program, budget constraints, and the project's schedule.
