Eric E. Marchant, VP Compliance. After graduating from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Mr. Marchant has spent the past three decades as an executive to a variety of domestic, multi-national, and global companies. Most recently Mr. Marchant served as Corporate Counsel for InfoTrax Systems LLC, Senior V.P. at Neways International and V.P. of Sales and Compliance at Nikken Incorporated, the latter being two multi-national hundred million dollar companies. In these capacities, he collaborated with domestic and international departments from around the world, including markets in the USA, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, Canada and Mexico.
