Eric Jackson began his career with Charter as a carpenter apprentice working on commercial, residential and construction defect repair projects. After several years in the field, he was promoted to project engineer, and after several successful projects, to project manager. Recognizing Eric's strong leadership and team building skills, Charter's owners asked him to spearhead Charter's successful expansion into Oregon, where he now lives. Eric's management of projects and people is enriched by over a dozen years of field experience, a BA from the Evergreen State College and a certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington. He sees every project as an opportunity to earn a satisfied client, for employees to learn and achieve their fullest potential, and to create long term professional partnerships in the community. This is achieved by carefully listening to what clients and their architects really want and effectively helping them to balance those desires with costs, time and quality. Eric's ultimate goal for every project is to exceed client expectations.
