Eric Garnier is Vice President of Cambridge International Systems, Inc., Tampa, Florida. In this position he is responsible for effective financial management, organic and inorganic business development, program execution, and cost effective delivery for both domestic and international information systems and law enforcement support programs. Mr. Garnier has over 20 years of experience in government and industry with a particular focus on international efforts in the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Latin America as well as integration of regional law enforcement initiatives. He has been responsible for the integration of a multi-national C2 system across the Gulf of Oman; implemented information exchange between Latin American Air Forces, US Embassy Agencies, US command and control centers and US Military Groups; and led the implementation of computer and internet-based technologies for government communications and surveillance systems throughout Latin America. Mr. Garnier holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Math from Rollins College. He is an Air Force veteran and fluent Spanish speaker.
