Ed has 7 years of experience in private investing, M&A and corporate finance. He most recently sourced and executed investments in private technology and energy technology companies as an Associate at Ridgewood Capital, the venture capital arm of Ridgewood Companies, a $2 billion family of private equity funds. Prior to Ridgewood Capital, he worked as an Analyst with Banc of America Securities' Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking group where he helped execute M&A, equity and debt offerings.
