Donald E. Oxner, CPA/PFS, CVA is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (82) and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), including the Personal Financial Division. Donny earned the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental and Not-For-Profit Accounting and Auditing and the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses. He earned certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) in 1997. Donny is a member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and has served as past President of the organization's Pee Dee Chapter. He has also served on the Accounting Careers Committee and the Continuing Professional Education Committee of SCACPA. Donny earned certification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1999. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
