Don Pollard has twenty-four years of financial management experience as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer for InterWest Insurance Services, Inc. Beginning his career as an accountant, Don joined Lindo, Hanna & Abbott in 1985, shortly after taking and passing the CPA exam. He was appointed to the CFO position in 2004, holds InterWest stock and serves as Vice President and member of the InterWest Board of Directors. Don attended Butte College, where he played baseball and was awarded the All California State Community College Shortstop title in 1978. He then received a baseball scholarship from Washington State University where he played for the Cougars and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with emphasis in Computer Systems. Don has been married to his high school sweetheart, Pam for 30 years. They have two boys and two young grandchildren.
