Don W. Millen, Jr. (704) 342-3491 Experience Don has over twenty years experience advising and investing in high growth, private and public businesses. Prior to founding Dragonfly Capital, he worked with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a Charlotte-based merger and acquisition boutique. Prior to Bowles, Don worked in New York City at the investment bank Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette advising both private equity groups and business management teams on various financings and M&A situations. He also served as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen in Atlanta. Don is a member of the Rotary Club of Charlotte. Education BA Economics, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill Master of Accounting, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill Master of Business Administration - The Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania Personal Don is married with one daughter and is a dog lover, currently owning a Golden Retriever. He enjoys golf and spending time at the Carolina coast. Don was an Academic All-ACC linebacker at UNC.
