Post Grainger, Don has been CEO of Exostar, a technology service company in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and Chairman, Asia Pacific for the Hudson Highland Group, a $1.5B talent management and recruitment business. . Don has lead businesses in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
