Ms. Denise Shay is Chairman of the Board of Directors and is Director of Administration and Business Relationships. She has been an attorney for 13 years. Ms. Shay's experience provides the company with responsible leadership support in herrole as chairman of the board and for the administration department. Ms. Shay directs Meridian's corporate activities with the National Womens Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC), the National Minority Business Council (NMBC), the US Womens Chamber of Commerce (USWCC) and the Business Council of New York State Inc (BCNYS). Sheis also on the steering committee for The Homeland Security Council of New York State, which is a working network of the Business Council of New York State Inc.
