Ms. Kendros is the Vice President of Finance and Administration of MediaPlatform®. She is responsible for establishing and managing the company's financial, human resources, legal and administrative functions. Ms. Kendros has over fifteen years of experience and has managed venture financings, complex operational challenges and numerous mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Ms. Kendros was the Chief Administrative Officer at SOA Software, where she was responsible for finance, human resources and administration, including internal control procedures, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and presentation of financial statements. Previously, Ms. Kendros was Vice President of Human Resources at US Interactive where she was involved in all aspects of the growth of the company, a vital part of its successful NASDAQ IPO in 1999 and responsible for more than 600 employees in nine offices across the United States. Prior to US Interactive, Ms. Kendros was responsible for finance at its predecessor company, and held the position of Assistant Controller at Imagic, Inc. in Hollywood, California.
