Controller Principal Treasurer Professional Experience Mr. Smith has been employed at C.D. Barnes Associates, Inc. since 1995 as the Corporate Controller / Treasurer. In 1999, he became one of the Principal Owners of the Corporation. Prior to coming to C.D. Barnes Associates, Dave worked as a Contoller for Manufacturing Sector for four years and Milbocker & Sons, Inc. in Allegan for thirteen years. Dave's current responsibilities consist of Financial Analyst and Management, Costing Analysis, Information Systems and Risk Management. Dave has had an active part in the financial management of all projects since coming to work for C.D. Barnes Associates.
