David manages and oversees DRI search and recruitment teams in the following areas: Public Safety & Federal IT, Mobile Enterprise, Medical Device, and Supply Chain Automation. In addition, David is an accomplished recruiter and has built a reputation for understanding client needs. They appreciate his in-depth industry knowledge, comprehensive understanding of job market conditions and future industry trends. In addition, he has the ability to attract and deliver industry superstars and leaders in an expedient manner. David's hands-on approach and personal attention to each search yield clear quantitative results for both clients and candidates. His search completion rate is consistently among the highest of the firm. David is a current and active member of the Cleveland Chapter for the Ohio Association of Executive Search Professionals. In addition, he is a member of NAPS and APCO. David is often interviewed and quoted in well-known trade publications including Business Solutions Magazine and the AIM Career Center. He is also very active on social media sites including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. In an effort to connect professionals in Public Safety, David launched the Public Safety Executive Networking Group on LinkedIn. David attended the University of South Florida, is married and has 2 daughters. He enjoys being with his family, playing racquetball, camping and collecting tropical fish. He is a member of ORA (Ohio Racquetball Association) and competes in state tournaments.
