David Parshall's Email & Phone

Mr. Parshall is a Managing Director and co-founded PEI in 1992. He has 30 years of related investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to forming PEI, he was a Managing Director of The Blackstone Group and a member of its Advisory Committee. Before that Mr. Parshall was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he had broad experience over a period of 14 years providing corporate finance and merger and acquisition advisory services for clients covering a cross section of economic sectors. Mr. Parshall worked at Lehman Brothers in Investment Banking in both New York and San Francisco. Mr. Parshall is a graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
