David Faulkner's Email & Phone

David Faulkner is responsible for PCLender's overall product design. Faulkner has diligently focused his expertise to enhance the InHouse Mortgage platform's capabilities and functionality to go above and beyond industry best practices, regulatory standards, and an evolving mortgage banking environment. He has more than twenty-five years of experience with software development and relational database programming. From 1987 through 1994, he worked as a consultant specializing in high-end relational database solutions. Faulkner was instrumental in creating the InHouse Mortgage software product leading up to incorporation of the company in 1999. He has coauthored a book on Delphi programming and contributed to two books on Borland's (Inprise's) Paradox language. He has also written numerous magazine articles and made many speaking appearances on Paradox and Delphi applications. Faulkner graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
