David Brackett serves as litigation counsel for individuals and companies of all sizes in all phases of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. A substantial part of David's business litigation practice involves business torts, contract disputes, and corporate governance and shareholder disputes. David has also litigated several cases involving government contract procurement and election law. David is frequently called upon to advise clients on their rights and obligations as partners, members, officers, directors, or shareholders of public and private companies. He also has experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of public companies.
