David Bell's Email & Phone

Mr. Bell has primary responsibility for the financial management, budgeting and financial reporting of the Institute. He also manages the human resources function, information technology and administrative services. Mr. Bell's responsibilities also include management of the Institute's industry statistics function and serving as staff director for the Commercial Research Committee, the Outside Processors Committee and workgroups on industry tax issues and information systems. In addition to prior trade association experience, Mr. Bell's professional career includes senior financial and general management roles with for-profit entities operating in the manufacturing, distribution, retailing and service industries. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Pensylvania State University.
