Dave Henderson's Email & Phone

Before joining the FRS team, Dave Henderson was with Genentech, Inc. where he led finance for the $10 billion dollar Commercial organization and the G&A functions. In his five-year tenure at Genentech, he successfully supported the launch of six brands over a three-year period, and saw sales grow 400%. He was an officer (Controller) of Genentech USA, and also the CFO of two non-profit foundations focused on health science education and research in the Greater Bay Area. Prior to Genentech, Dave spent two years at Commerce One as Vice President of Finance and several years at Oracle in finance and general management roles. He was President at Hotpaper.com and CFO at TNC Group, both early stage, venture-backed companies, and began his career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in M&A before moving into venture capital. Dave received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his MBA from Kellogg.
