Mr. Davis is a senior business partner and is both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Davis is a California State Bar Certified Tax Specialist; his practice emphasizes business law, tax and estate planning. Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in 1971 from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate in 1974 from University of Utah. He was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Following graduation, he worked in the Tax Department of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, CPAs, from 1974 to 1977. He is also a founder of the firm. Mr. Davis is a member of the State Bars of California and Idaho as well as the Sonoma County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (A.I.C.P.A.). He is a member of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council (President, 1985?1986). He was on the Adjunct Faculty of the Golden Gate University Graduate School of Taxation from 1985 to 1989. Dan is a member of the Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club (President, 1994?1996).
