Dan McEntee has spent his professional career in financial and business development positions in Silicon Valley, including CFO roles in public and private companies in the telecommunications and software industries. His recent focus has been in the software industry where he was the CFO at InnoPath Software and Narus, Inc. In each of these positions, he managed growth towards profitability, closed rounds of venture financing, negotiated credit agreements, built quality financial teams, and implemented software revenue recognition processes. Prior to entering the software industry, Dan played a key role in the development of Globalstar, a leading satellite based international telecommunications operator, including five years as CFO where he oversaw the financial restructuring of the company. Dan's education includes an MBA from the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo
