Dan has more than 15 years experience in IT management, international program and project management, and business systems and infrastructure analysis and implementation. He has built an accomplished record of working with senior business leaders and IT organizations in managing project portfolios and using demand management methodologies to track and prioritize new and existing initiatives. He also has extensive experience with program and project management, and the design and establishment of an IT organization and IT processes based on industry standards (ITIL). Dan's experience includes a role as Director of IT at a global consumer products and technology company. His program management experience includes the leadership of multi-year global program to consolidate HR systems in 78 countries to a single SAP platform based on mySAP 2005. He has led the planning and controlling of multiple ERP implementations, including a global program for migration of legacy ERP systems to SAP on a single North American-wide platform. He has also managed infrastructural projects, including WAN implementations and consolidations, VPN and remote access provision, network management, and more.
