Christine Mason Soneral, vice president and general counsel, utility operations, is responsible for legal matters connected with the operations, capital projects, contract, property and litigation issues of ITC's independent transmission company subsidiaries. Ms. Mason Soneralhas extensive legal experience in the energy, telecommunications and public utility industries.Ms. Mason Soneraljoined ITC in 2007 from Dykema, a Detroit-based law firm. She has represented clients before various courts, the Michigan Public Service Commission, the Michigan Tax Tribunal and other tribunals. Ms. Mason Soneral earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University. She sits on the Judicial Qualification Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and serves on the board of the College of Social Sciences Alumni Association at Michigan State University.
