Christian Lau serves as the Vice President, Information Technology, Franchise Services, Inc., reporting to FSI President and Chief Operating Officer Richard Lowe. As VP of IT, Christian is responsible for the company's worldwide technology operations including day-to-day management of all IT functions. He leads the company's efforts for technology strategy and planning, procurement, development, and project management. Christian has over 15 years of international business and technology management experience. He joined Franchise Services in 2004. Prior to joining Franchise Services, Inc. he held management positions in the publishing and media industries at several companies, including Harcourt Education, Reed Elsevier PLC and Jupiter Media (PictureArts).
