Chris Perry has over 15 years of communications experience encompassing brand-building, media relations and digital communications. As leader of the firm's digital practice, Chris works closely with agency team-members and clients to understand the changing media landscape and apply new methods that take advantage of these changes in measurable ways. His current work involves oversight of the firm's digital strategic initiatives and operations, as well as hands-on consulting and program execution for clients that include PepsiCo, Verizon, American Airlines, Standup2Cancer and CKE Restaurants, among many others. Chris has led a number of pioneering and industry-renowned new media campaigns as client relationship leader for General Motors. These campaigns include Chevy Aveo Livin Large, Forrester Research 2007 word-of-mouth campaign of the year; igotshotgun, 2008 PRSA Bronze Anvil winner for use of online video; and GMnext, a social media Manhattan Project? intended to reshape how GM interacts with the marketplace. Previously, Chris helped launch eGM, an ecommerce unit with General Motors and served on the company's CIO leadership team in a communications role. His experience at GM spans across all North American brands, including GM corporate, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Pontiac, Buick, Saab, Saturn and OnStar. He has also worked across an array of other business sectors for major corporations, mid-market companies and start-up organizations, including AT&T Wireless, Clear Channel Communications, Compuware, Cincinnati Bell, Convergys, Entertainment Industry Foundation, Korn Ferry, Honeywell, ICG Communications and Pinkberry. Through the firm, Chris is a member of the Social Media Club Los Angeles, Word of Mouth Marketing Association and PRSA. He speaks frequently on the evolution of media and marketing strategy. He graduated from the University of Dayton, with a degree in Marketing Communications.
