Chip Vandenberg Partner [email protected] Mr. Vandenberg joined Trivest in 1987. His responsibilities include the origination of investment opportunities and the oversight of portfolio companies. Mr. Vandenberg is the Chairman of ATX Networks, was the former Chairman of Herbal Magic and a board member of over a dozen companies, including Banana Boat, Penda Corporation and CMX. He has also served as a senior operating manager (CEO, COO, CFO) for a number of Trivest portfolio companies in the consumer products and niche manufacturing industries. Mr. Vandenberg is President of the South Florida ACG Chapter. Prior to joining Trivest, Mr. Vandenberg spent 10 years with KPMG in New York and Miami. He is a certified public accountant (inactive) and received his B.A. in accounting from William Paterson University.
