Chason Harrison is a shareholder practicing in the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions sections. He advises clients with respect to various organizational, tax and structural matters and concentrates on mergers and acquisitions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions over a wide range of industries. Chason is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court (Northern District of Georgia), and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Business and Finance and Tax Law Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Business Law and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He currently serves on the Corporation Code Revision Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia in 1988 with a B.A. In 1991, he received his J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
